  • What is your return policy?

    Merchandise may be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be processed through original seller. Merchandise purchased directly from chiefdom will require a return authorization number so the return can be processed, and the original form of payment refunded. Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in new condition, still in the original packaging, and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All returned electrical items will be inspected & tested. If electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will be issued & item will be returned. All sales are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise.You may be required to ship the product to Seller. Such shipment is at your own cost.
  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    Chiefdom shipped by UPS, FedEx or etc. Shipping rates are based on the actual size, weight and dimensions of the box; along with the global area it is being shipped.
  • Do you ship to my country?

    We can ship the order wherever the logistics deliverable, but you need to prepare yourself customs clearance documents and pay for the shipping fee. If you want to confirm that whether your order can be shipped, please contact international courier companies or our sale personnel.
  • What if I make a mistake during ordering?

    If you have a wrong order, please contact chiefdom directly by emailing info@chiefdomparts.com and we will reply to you for resolving the issue.
  • What happens when I place an order?

    If the product in your order is in stock, it will be processed as soon as possible between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Beijing Time, China) on weekdays. We will submit the order to the warehouse staff for reviewing and sending it out by international logistics such as UPS or FedEx. After the product shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order is pre-saled or customized products, our sales personnel will contact you. Please check your email promptly and keep your phone open. Please contact our sales personnel, if you need to modify it after submitting the order.
