Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
✅ Non-Custom Products
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (with tags if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
❌ Custom-Made Products (No Returns Accepted)
Due to their personalized nature, all custom products are FINAL SALE once production begins.
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective/damaged (see Damages & Issues below).
2. Return Process
Contact Us First
Email [chiefdomcustomize@outlook.com] within 30 days to request a return.
Include: Order number, product photos, and reason for return.
Approval & Shipping
If approved (for non-custom items only), we’ll provide a return address ([No. 1008, 3F, Xiaohan Village, Huanxiu Street, Qingdao, Shandong, China]).
Customer covers return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item.Product quality issues).
Refund Inspection
Refunds are issued only after we verify the item’s condition.
If the item shows wear, damage, or missing parts, no refund will be granted.
3. Damages & Quality Issues
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is:
Defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws).
Damaged during shipping.
Incorrect (wrong item shipped).
Provide photos/video evidence for evaluation.
We’ll cover return shipping for verified quality issues.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 10 business days.
Banks may take 3–5 additional days to post the refund.
No refunds for:
Custom-made products (unless defective).
Items returned without prior approval.
Return shipping costs (for non-quality-related returns).
5. Non-Returnable Items
All custom/personalized orders.
Sale items or gift cards.
